Terms of use of the information directory

1. What the directory provides

We publish factual club information gathered from clubs, their official websites and other identified sources, together with our own editorial material and appropriately authorised contributions. A listing does not by itself mean that a club is our partner, endorses us, or has approved every detail. The directory is not an official register, inspection or safety certification.

2. Check details before visiting

Opening hours, seasonal operation, prices, court availability, facilities and contact details can change. Some fields may be incomplete, approximate or awaiting verification. A verification label concerns the stated source or field at the time checked, not every feature or future availability. Confirm important details and access conditions directly with the club before travelling, paying or booking. Maps and distances are guides, not guarantees of access.

3. Clubs and external services

The directory does not itself take court bookings or payments. Links may lead to a club, booking platform, map or other third party. Any booking, payment, cancellation, refund, coaching or facility use is arranged with that provider under its own terms. We do not control third-party content or availability. This does not remove any legal responsibility we have for our own conduct.

4. Editorial content, photos and rankings

Editorial summaries are informational, may use assisted translation or AI tools and can contain errors. Neutral placeholders and AI illustrations are labelled and are not evidence of a club’s actual appearance or facilities. A club’s name, logo, photograph or other third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights. Availability on a public website does not grant us or visitors unrestricted reuse rights. Any sponsorship or paid placement must be clearly identified; it is not an independent safety or quality guarantee.

5. Appropriate use

Use contact details for relevant enquiries to clubs. Do not harvest them for unsolicited bulk marketing, impersonation or harassment, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or submit unlawful material. This restriction does not override uses permitted by mandatory law or an applicable open licence. We do not claim ownership of underlying facts or of third-party material.

6. Corrections and notices

To report an error, outdated contact, privacy concern or rights issue, identify the page URL, the affected information, the problem and supporting evidence. A rights notice should identify the work or right, the material complained of, your relationship to it and a reply address. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive information. We assess notices and may correct, restrict or remove material as appropriate. Proof of authority may be requested when needed; reporting a concern does not guarantee a particular outcome or surrender legal remedies.

7. Privacy and business contacts

Publishing a publicly available contact does not make it unrestricted personal data. We distinguish general club contact channels from information identifying an individual. Contact display may be protected against simple automated harvesting, but no public display method prevents all copying. The privacy notice explains data handling; you can raise a correction, erasure or objection request where applicable. These terms do not create consent to marketing or waive data-protection rights.

8. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care but, to the extent permitted by applicable law, do not warrant that the directory is complete, continuously up to date, error-free or uninterrupted. We may maintain or change the service and correct or withdraw content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected. These terms are not a blanket release of claims.

9. Changes and applicable rights

The version date identifies this text. Updates will be shown on this page and will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. We do not impose an exclusive foreign court or a choice of law that takes away mandatory protections. Applicable law and competent courts are determined under the rules that govern the actual operator and user. Features such as accounts, owner uploads or transactions require their own applicable rules when made available.
